My family needed a little getaway to re-charge our batteries … and the Bell Rock Inn was a perfect place for R&R (rest and relaxation).
Our rooms were quit and clean. Not super fancy, but DEFINITELY SUPER COMFORTABLE. Best yet, we all were able to enjoy ourselves … rest and relax … and it did not cost us an arm and a leg.
First, my room came with a full kitchen complete with appliances, microwave oven, utensils, dishes and drinking glasses. And the rooms were more than big enough.
We enjoyed going out and eating and the many reasonable, nearby restaurants. But being able to whip up lunch in our room so we didn’t have to leave the pool was wonderful. Plus, there was a nice grocery store close by, so we were able to stock the fridge with everything we needed.
The Bell Rock Inn was close to some scenic trails, so we all had a great time getting in some healthy, fun hiking time. Oh, and the Inn was close to a golf course or two, also. Awesome!!!
Our room came with a coffee machine, so when we needed “mornin’ joe” or a late afternoon pick me up, we could easily enjoy coffee just the way we like it.
In addition to the nice views that Bell Rock Inn offered, the two pools were heated. I had trouble pulling the kids out at dinner time.
Bell Rock Inn also got bonus points for having an electric fireplace in my room – a nice touch. And, of course, the suite had cable TV and WI-FI. Plus, we found the staff more than helpful and friendly.
In addition to the two heated pools, my wife and I enjoyed soaking our troubles away in the hot tub … a therapeutic experience! There was also a small fitness center, too. But most of us opted for more time sunning and swimming.
We didn’t have to overpack for our trip, because the Bell Rock Inn provides laundry facilities. Super convenient!!!
Next time my family needs to get away for a break, we’ll visit the Bell Rock Inn again. It’s a great place to kick back and relax, while you connect with nature and loved ones!!!
I’ll visit again because of the reasonable rates … and my wife and kids want to return because of the cozy suites, lovely views, heated pools, and nearby trials.
